I give bootcamp classes 3 times a week in Bloubergstrand on the beach. All welcome. If you join during the month of February, you only pay R250 per month.
We at Renegade Bootcamp use unconventional and exciting new ways of working out which keeps our clients on their toes and always excited to try something new, no two workouts are ever the same!
Our style is a mixture of high and moderate intensity cardio, plyometrics, bodyweight, and mixed resistance exercises thrown together into awesome total body workouts which deliver mindblowing results everytime!
We are based on Blouberg beach road and meeting place is opposite the KFC and our running times are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 18H30 until 19H15 so come join us for a complimentary try out workout and see what we can do for you!
