I am a freelance copy-editor (various rates apply and quotes given) and also run training courses in business writing as well as on writing in plain English. Courses are for up to 10 staff members at your offices.
I have spent more than two dozen years on some of South Africa’s best known newspapers, honing my skills in communicating clearly, briefly and with immaculate grammar.
Significant among my experience is seven years as chief sub-editor of the Sunday Tribune; editor for E-Briefs, an international online news and information analysis agency; as chief sub-editor for a start-up newspaper operation, ExpressMedia, and in the corporate writing field, writing press releases and producing publications.
I also have considerable experience in training journalists and corporate staff and am registered as a services seta assessor.
